So how about them?

Some Jap guy on soulseek who goes by the name yoshinoboo has titloads of INU and Machida stuff, lives albums you name it. If he were ever on for long enough I'd have snapped it all up ages ago!

For now I just have Meshi Kuuna and a half hour long 1980 live MP3 at Gakuin University where they play all the hits. Great band though, hoping Machida's solo stuff is as good (or better).

Been getting Machida stuff. Found out he was in a industrial / no wave / techno band called Shifukudan in the mid 80's, with members of P-Model in it.

Right now I'm downloading their 1986 album Doterai Yatsura. Is barmy stuff, reminds me a bit of the collab version of Kiga Kiga Kikyou from Michiro Endo's boxset (which also had members of P-Model playing over, maybe that was Shifukudan too...?). Almost doesn't sound like it's from the 80s, AHEAD OF ITS TIME perhaps.

There's also a 1984 live at Shinjuku Loft. Bit of a naff recording and only 5 (mostly go-nowhere and wanky) songs, but has good moments.

I also have a later Shifukudan album from 1996, but this doesn't have Machida and sounds a lot more ordinary.

I think Inu's Meshi Kunna was a great album, but i havent heard any other stuff by him.
