yea, same here. there is nothing to look forward to, except Cloverfield, but if that sucks, im going to kill everyone.

Hey I saw Cloverfield, it was fuckin' coool!!!
The FX were excellent and the monster was cool, I'm not sure how to describe it really, like a fucking gigantic Gollum from Lord of the Rings ha ha... nah... better than that of course.
No glam endings, no Spielberg shmaltz, no fake-looking CGI FX... It was very realistic to watch, with the jerky hand-held camera all the way through. This may be annoying to some, but it just added to the realism for me.
I've been waiting for a monster movie like this for a long time. Especially after the let-down that was The Host.
But hey, Morinkashi, don't let me stop you going out & killing everyone.

Gwaka was probably the person who did the little pic thing. I wonder if the monster will be left at "The Cloverfield Monster"

Dunno, but it should have a name like in Japanese traditional ha ha.
I hear Cloverfield 2 is going quickly into production. If "Cloverfield" is anything to go by, perhaps we can expect Cloverfield 2 mid-year lol.
Apparently on the Brooklyn Bridge scene, there is a quick flash of another guy with a camcorder, just before Gwaka's tail slashes the bridge in half and kills everyone! So, I hear in Cloverfield 2 it will be this other camcorder footage...? Who knows.
Who cares ha ha....
