what aother bands had older folks from the start Michiro was 30 when The Stalin began, Crass folks were mostly the same i think, I think that the woman from Poison Girls was in her 40s with her teenagers in another band...

there is a "Old Punkers Over 30" article in MRR, with short interviews of tons of folk - including Michiro Endo, which I scanned & put up on the website already.
Quite a good read. I like to see older folk still punking it. PUNK 'TIL DEATH! ha ha...

Strange how Michiro was 10 years older than the other members of The Stalin, But he didn't look older at all. Because he is tiny?

My friend Jenny-Anne told me he is tiny. She met him! But it was one month after his birthday gigs... So she missed out on a 55-year-old naked Japanese man ha ha ha...

Brian James was probably closer to 30 than 20 when The Damned started.
Geza X (Bags, Deadbeats, producer/engineer) was in his 30's when his 1st/only LP came out in '81.
Debbie Harry was in her 30's in the late 70's (not too punk but who cares)....

Richard Hell would've been old by the time the first Voidoids album came out, like 28. That was his first release so it sort of counts, but he'd been in loads of bands before that.
Actually Patti Smith was 28 when the Piss Factory single came out in 1974. That makes her pretty fucking old, if she was an old punk even before punk rock existed.
