who influnced the first Punk bands from Japan?

early british/american punk bands probably. Although japan seemed to have started a punk scene almost parallel to the london explosion.

Ramones, Sex Pistols... the usual i'd say. We can gather that Endo loved the Stooges... and the Doors & the Beatles (unfortunate, that)...
Punk seemed to have exploded all over the world at the same instant, around end-'76 to early-'77. Fucking weird really. A true worldwide revolution! Pity it fizzled out... just look what we got today = fucking ZILCH.

depends on the band really. some i can tell you;
Anarchy are really influenced by sex pistols and the clash. The Star Club were heavily influenced by the sex pistols and other early punk bands. Cobra seem to be influenced by sham 69 and other Oi bands, and even did a cover of a clash song once. As for The Stalin, im not really sure, there has never really been a definite influence.
