Well you know me, Morinkashi, I don't believe Jesus was real (he was a fictional character concocted from several much older mythological "gods"). But I agree, according to the Bible this "Jesus" character was born in April or something, I seem to remember that there is mention of a Jewish month in there, and it is not December. I think Dec 25 is in the middle of some Sumerian sun-worship festival period.
Which is GOOD, because I am a Sumerian sun-worshipper actually.
Also, rearrange "Santa" and you get "Satan". (Not to mention the bizarre "St Nick" = "Old Nick" connection).
I think the Illuminati is laughing at us every Christmas ha ha!
YOU FOOLS! HA HA! CHRISTIANS CELEBRATE A SATAN FESTIVAL EVERY YEAR HA HA HA!!!

I've been pretty withdrawn and depressed this holiday season. No Christmas spirit here. Didn't even get a bonus at work despite my hard work this year. On the subject of our buddy Jesus... Dec. 25th has more to do with astronomy/astrology: From what I understand the three stars in Orion's belt line up with the north star & point to the spot on the horizon where the sun rises. So the 3 stars were sometimes called "Three Kings," follow the brighter star to the birth of.... the sun! "(he was a fictional character concocted from several much older mythological "gods")" Even in the Bible itself it seems Joseph is an early version of Jesus, many similarities. We're in the age of Pisces, there's some pagan fish symbolism for you. Jesus told his 12 disciples (like the 12 signs of the zodiac) that he would be with them until the end of the age, and when asked at the last supper how they should prepare for next Passover (after he'd be crucified) he told them "when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in." The next astrological age will be the age of Aquarius. His time is running out! See? Talking about religion can be a fun thing, as long as people don't take it too seriously... and want to kill each other over it...

I may hate christianity and all religions in general, but I certainly don't hate the bible or any other ancient literature. Ancient mythology is very cool and there is a lot of real historical fact woven into them. I like going back to the very very earliest, the start of it all, which would be ancient Sumer. Their mythology of dragons (Tiamat) and monster-gods fighting battles in outer space is fucking amazing. All later religions/myths/legends have evolved from Sumer. "Just the names have been changed". According to the Enuma Elish (ancient Sumer), the god Marduk rebelled against his mum (Tiamat) and then created the Earth and human beings to work as slaves for him and his god mates. You could say that the "God" in the bible is really Marduk. Same character. The funny thing is that all these gods "come down" from outer space - like superior alien beings. Sometimes even their rocketships are described in detail! I think this could be true history, personally.
Hey I thought we were already in the Age of Aquarius? Being an Aquarius myself, I have always been pissed off that my life is such utter shit, even tho' this is supposedly "my Age"? Well, maybe the Age of Aquarius hasn't begun yet. Maybe there's still hope??
Yeah Christmas sucks. Over 40 fucking degrees Celsius today. Goddamn!

We're nearing the end of the astrological age of Pisces. Aquarius is coming soon but we won't be around, I think it starts around 2150. For more understanding of how/why they divided up time into ages look up "precession of the equinoxes."

I've never given astrology much credence - even tho' it is perhaps our most ancient "science" and all the most earliest ancient societies believed in it. Who really knows.
Morinkashi, I don't know Shadows of the Colossus. I'm more into the FPS stuff. I need to get an Xbox or P3 or something so I can play shit like Crysis, Resistance, Stalker, BioShock etc etc... Best game I've ever played is Half-Life 2.
